Using Mental Math Verses Using Scientific Calculators
It is very commendable to have the ability to do mental math. In fact, it is an invaluable skill that protects against unreasonable solutions to some problems done on the calculator. Note, it is very important to check the reasonableness of an answer and mental Math enable you to do that.
